Returns

Sorry to hear that our treats were not a good fit. We cannot accept any returns of unopened or opened product due to the safety of our food products. There are no refunds on orders once they have been processed and shipped, we hope you understand this is for the safety of your dog and others. We recommend donating any unopened product to a shelter, food bank, or dog in need.


Damages and issues

We stand behind the products we sell. If you received a damaged or unusable product you may be eligible for replacement, a store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances involved. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
