Welcome to Hamptons Hound, an all-natural dog treat company where passion meets purpose!
We are Ariana and Ella, founders of Hamptons Hound, which launched in May 2021 the summer before our freshman year of high school. As lifelong friends, we have shared countless adventures both in and out of school, including many Hamptons summers with our families. During the pandemic in 2020, our families moved from New York City out to the Hamptons and decided to pod together for safety and support. When Ariana was hired to bake 2000 dog biscuits for a local veterinarian’s promotion, together, we baked and packaged all the biscuits igniting a spark of entrepreneurial spirit within the two of us. We knew it was a perfect opportunity to combine a passion for cooking with our love for dogs and this was the beginning of Hamptons Hound.
At Hamptons Hound, we create all-natural homemade dog treats with unique recipes in three flavors: Chicken Liver, Beef Liver, and Lamb. Each treat is crafted with love and care – with our “quality control” pups always by our sides. Our products are sold in stores throughout the Hamptons, in the West Village in NYC, and online at hamptonshound.com.
In addition to our love for dogs, culinary exploration and sports, we also share a passion for raising funds and awareness for pediatric cancer research. In 2013, our dear friend Scarlett was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer and underwent treatment for three years at Memorial Sloan Kettering. After witnessing her courageous battle and recovery firsthand, we knew Hamptons Hound was our way to help other kids going through treatment so we decided to donate 15% of net profits from every bag of Hamptons Hound dog treats sold to The Scarlett Fund at Memorial Sloan Kettering. Thanks to the amazing doctors at MSK, our close friend Scarlett is cancer-free and we are on the road to being one step closer to a world without cancer.
In addition, we are proud to have served on the Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK) Student Board for the last 6 years and the Hamptons Hound Team have participated in Kids Walk and now Cycle for Survival and have proudly raised nearly $30,000 for pediatric cancer research. Every effort towards this goal counts, and we are committed to growing our business while making a positive impact and contributing more.
